How It Started
A Wardrobe Built on Values
In 2018, our founder Sofia Amara walked away from the fast-fashion industry with a question: what if clothing was designed to last — not just in terms of construction, but in meaning?
That question became Bellyion — a label named after the Arabic concept of intentional living. Every piece we create begins with a reason: who is wearing this, where are they going, and how will they feel?
Today we partner with artisan workshops across Portugal, Turkey, and Japan — places where craft is still sacred and quality is never a compromise.

Each Bellyion piece passes through the hands of over 30 artisans before it reaches yours. We believe the most sustainable garment is the one you keep forever.
Our Commitment
Fashion That Gives Back
By 2026, 100% of our cotton will be organically certified. We're already at 78%.
Every Bellyion order plants a tree — over 45,000 trees planted to date across reforestation projects in Ghana, Indonesia, and Brazil.
Our packaging is fully compostable and our fulfilment centres run on renewable energy.
