This page describes how the store currently works. Wording that needs a business or legal decision is marked and should be reviewed before launch.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The store confirms prices and stock when the order is created — if something has sold out or the price has changed since you added it to your cart, the order is refused and nothing is charged.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include any discount shown at checkout. Delivery is added separately and shown before you place the order.
Coupons
Coupon codes may have a minimum order, a maximum discount, an expiry date and a usage limit. A code is checked again when the order is placed, so a code that has expired or run out in the meantime will not apply.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Ordering without an account is also fine — see the privacy page for what is kept either way.
Governing law
The governing law and dispute process need a legal decision before launch.
