Return window
A return window has not been agreed for this store yet. Until it is, please contact us and we will deal with each request individually.
How to start a return
Get in touch through the contact page with your order number and what went wrong. Order numbers are on your order page and start with ORD-.
Refunds
Orders are paid in cash on delivery, so refunds are arranged directly with you. The refund method and timeframe still need to be decided.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled before it ships — contact us with the order number. Once the store marks it shipped, it is on its way and a return is the way to send it back.
